In this method of fixing comprises of a special type of undercutanchor.
Types of EXAL Undercut Anchors
The undercut Anchor E1 – an element which consists of an anchor sleeve and its hexagon bolt. The length of the bolt depends on thickness of the front panel Bor material. Hole, anchor sleeve and bolt length have to be matched to the hole depth required and including the chosen panel bracket.
The undercut Anchor E2 – an element which consists of an anchor sleeve setscrew and a locking nut (nut with locking ratchet). The length of stud or set screw depends on the thickness of the front panel B or material. Hole, anchor sleeve and set screw have to be matched to the hole depth required and including the chosen bracket panel.
Only using of matching components results in fast, not difficult and very safe installation.

Material and Quality of Undercut Exal Anchors
Undercut Anchors, bolts, studs, locking nuts or dowel made from stainless steel, which provide long life of steel. Stainless steel is group of corrosion resistant steel containing minimum 12% of chromium. Chrome creates a protective film of chromium oxide on the metal surface, which is very inert; thereby steel is corrosion resistant, stainless. Mechanical properties of stainless steels can reduce thickness of used materials; thus reducing weight without compromising strength characteristics.
Anchor Exal contain 17-19% of chromium.
