“Exal” LLC is supplying aluminum corrugated sheets produced by the best plants in Germany.
The following types of aluminum corrugated sheets are available under the order:
- 18/76, 27/111, 35/137, 42/160, 55/177
- thickness from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm
- length from 1.0 meters to 12.50 meters.
The surface of the sheet can be either smooth or textured (stucco, orange peel)
Aluminum corrugated sheet is the easiest roofing material. Weight of the aluminum corrugated sheet 3 times lower that weight of steel corrugated sheet, this provides less load on the supporting structures and ease of installation. And its high load capacity allows to cover bigger spans up to 6 meters without additional structural elements.
Aluminum sheets can be painted in any RAL color to match the color scheme of the project.
Despite the fact that aluminum is a good conductor of heat, its high reflectivity perfectly keeps cool room in summer , and prevents heat loss by radiant heat transfer in winter.
The high corrosion resistance of the material provide an average service life of corrugated sheets up to 50 years depending on the aggressiveness of the environment. After covering aluminium corrugated sheet with polymer coating its life will be more than 50 years.
Aluminum corrugated sheets will always maintain an attractive appearance due to their anti-corrosion properties.
Due to the long lifetime of aluminum corrugated sheets without maintenance, they are much cheaper than steel corrugated sheets after recalculating their value per lifetime.
The coil coating method
Coating of the front side: aluminum profiled sheets in standard colors are stove-enameled with Polyester or PVdF in two coats.
Coating of the reverse side: the back of the profiled sheet is coated with transparent protective paint.
Fire protection
Profiled sheets are non-flammable in accordance with DIN 4102-A2
Quality control
The quality control system meets all current German and European standards (DIN, ASTM, BS, EN and ISO 9001)
Cost-saving and long-lasting
There are some further plus points for outdoor use. Aluminum profiled sheets are easy to cut and quick assemble. They have been statically optimized for use in roof and façade covering so that they require only a few fastening points. They will withstand extreme weather conditions for many years. Aluminum profiled sheets require only minimum maintenance, which means that ambitious design is not only cost-effective, but also to maintain.
